Now in its fifth season, Sign Up To Success (SUTS) is an employability skills programme that provides intensive and tailored support to young people, enabling positive changes in their lives and providing opportunities to obtain the skills, confidence and desire to secure paid employment.

Aiming to engage with people of all ages who are ‘Not in Education, Employment or Training’ (NEETs) to breakdown potential barriers to employment, SUTS not only offers its ‘learners’ the chance to bolster their CVs with new skills and qualifications, it seeks to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

Following completion of the SUTS programme, learners will have completed a Level 1 or 2 qualification in preparation to work and a minimum of a five day work experience placement. The course also helps to provide networking and progression routes for the learners in order for them to continue their progression when the course is completed.

Each season, Sign Up To Success engages with hundreds of local NEETs allowing them to gain and achieve positive outcomes and qualifications, with a high amount going on to enter full-time education or find sustainable employment.

In 2018, our SUTS project won an award at the ABMU Chairman's VIP Awards for our work with the Traumatic Brain Injury Service.
