TIMINGS

The North car park will be open from 3pm for those with car parking pre-booked onsite. Please note this car park will close at 5.30pm and parking outside of this window will not be permitted.

Our catering village will be open from 4pm, with doors opening at approximately 5pm. 

Concert-goers should be in the stadium bowl area for 7.20pm in preparation for the support act.

Please note timings are approximate and subject to change.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

No children 5 and under are permitted to this event in any area of the Swansea.com Stadium.

Please see below age restrictions for pitch standing and reserved seating: 

Pitch Standing:  No Under 14s permitted. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or over. 

Reserved Seats: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or over.

ACCESSIBLITY

Please note all wheelchair bays have been sold for this event and we do not have capacity to move tickets into these areas.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

A list of prohibited items is documented below:

  • Glass (including perfume bottles)
  • Alcohol
  • Drugs
  • Seats/chairs of any kind
  • Flares/pyro/fireworks/smoke cannisters
  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (i.e drones) or other similar articles
  • Tin cans
  • Hard plastic cups
  • Banners with poles, flags or political/crude banners/flags
  • Professional cameras (with large telephoto/detachable lenses) 
  • Selfie sticks
  • Lasers/laser pens
  • Video recording equipment
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Animals (other than assistance/support)
  • Anything deemed dangerous or a possible weapon that could cause injury or compromise safety

The above articles are not permitted in the stadium and any person in possession of any such articles may be refused entrance.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking (including E-cigarettes) is not permitted in any area of the stadium.

BAG POLICY

All ticket holders are prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium unless it is smaller than an A4 piece of paper (height: 297mm width: 210mm depth: 210mm).

Bags will be checked at an outer cordon before entering the stadium. Bags larger than A4 will not be permitted entry.

BOTTLE POLICY

One bottle of water (500ml or smaller) in transparent plastic will be permitted, but these must be sealed on entry.

No alcohol is permitted to be brought through the stadium entry points.

WEATHER

The show will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, so we ask you to check forecasts ahead of attending and dress appropriately.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be a full complement of food and drink refreshments on offer at the Swansea.com Stadium

Once inside the gates you will have full access to the stadium catering village where there will be a wealth of food and drink outlets to chose from.

You will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age when purchasing alcohol.

The Stadium utilises a re-useable cup scheme. Concert-goers who receive a plastic cup are asked to please return the cup to the bar when finished, or deposit into a purple cup bin (shown in the image below).

After the concert, cups will be collected by Event Cup Solutions, who will put the cups through a specialist wash and drying process to prepare them for use at our next event.

This enables the stadium to reduce its carbon footprint further as it seeks to improve sustainability across all Swansea City AFC sites. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

The Swansea.com Stadium is a fully cashless stadium across all areas, so only card payments are accepted.

I HAVE SPECIFIC MEDICAL AND DIETARY NEEDS. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

If you have medical or dietary needs, please contact accessibility@swanseacity.com. A member of the team will be able be able to provide you with a certified letter allowing you to bring the necessary items. 

No alcohol is permitted into the stadium.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM ON SITE?

No, there is no cloakroom facility available for this event. Please ensure you check the weather forecast prior to departure and ensure that you bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.

IS THERE FACILITY TO CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE?

No. There is nowhere available for you to charge your mobile phone at this event.

IS THERE FACILITY TO CHARGE MY SCOOTER?

No. There is nowhere available for you to charge your scooter at this event.

ARE FOLDING CHAIRS OR STOOLS PERMITTED?

No, these items will not be permitted at this event. Please do not bring these items with you as you will not be allowed entry.

WHERE ARE MY SEATS LOCATED?

Your e-ticket will identify your allocated seat and entry point. We ask that you access the stadium via the entry gate specified on your ticket. Please do not hesitate to ask a steward within the stadium for assistance in finding your seat.

MY TICKET HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your ticket has not arrived, please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket through as they will be able to assist you.

I NEED TO COLLECT MY TICKETS. WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE?

The event box office is situated in the South West corner of the stadium. Please bring your confirmation email and reference number with you, along with proof of ID.

IF I HAVE A QUERY ON THE DAY, WHO SHOULD I TALK TO?

Any queries can be put to the many venue Stewards on site. Please note, the event box office can be found between entrances A and B off Brunel Way.

Please note that if you have already entered the stadium and wish to visit the event box office, you would need to exit and re-enter with your concert ticket.
