All Jacks is a project funded by the Premier League Fans Fund, delivered by Swansea City and Swansea City AFC Foundation in collaboration with existing supporter groups. The project aims to:

• Bring together the Club, the Foundation and the Supporters Groups, with a focus on increasing the diversity of the fanbase.
• Eradicate discrimination and promote equality for staff, volunteers, participants and fans.
• Engage with the diversity of our community by working in an outreach way with existing groups and organisations.
• Identify and remove obstacles/barriers to attending matches and other Club and Foundation events.
• Arrange social events to bring existing fans and new fans together.
