Kick the Habit is a smoking support programme delivered by Swansea Bay University Health Board, who provide expert advice through educational workshops and nicotine replacement therapy.
The journey to stop smoking can be a difficult one but at Kick the Habit you will find people who are dedicated to supporting you and helping you achieve your goal.
When are the sessions?
Every Monday evening, 6pm - 7pm.
Where are the sessions?
In the Press Room at the Swansea.com Stadium.
How long is the programme?
Kick the Habit is a 6-week rolling course, meaning that you can join at anytime and complete at your own pace.
A further six weeks of support will then be provided by a pharmacist.
