It's important as of today (3rd October), all supporters update their Swans app to the latest version. 

There has been an important update within the Swans app, via an external feed provider, which may result in iOS and Android apps crashing. In order to prevent this, Swansea City and the club's app provider Other Media have launched an update which is now available in the iOS and Android App Store.
